To qualify you need to be :

A first class degree/diploma holder in Electrical,Electronics or CS with some experience with embedded systems ( even your college project experience is valuable )

At an entry level, fresh students can avail of our unique Embeded Systems Training course and join our company as an On-Job-Trainee - this course works on a learn-as-you earn basis. Apart from working on live projects where you can learn the most advanced technologies, the course offers a monthly stipend taking care of your "survival" costs. After completion of the one year course, the one year course, you are placed with our clients abroad, or with large IT corporates like Delphi, GE-Fanuc, etc. in India. At senior levels, we require people with 2+ years in experience in embedded systems design using micro controllers, microprocessors, DSPs, PC-software for control applications, etc.

Some specific job openings include :
Embedded Firmware Engineers – with C / ASSEMBLER skills in 8051 and PIC microcontrollers, 8085/8088 uPs. 

Software Engineers – these openings are for control software development  under Windows and
                                  Linux. 2+ years of experience in C/C++/Visual Basic/Assembler
