Check Weighing systems offer a solution to dose the desired weight of a powder/liquid based on closed loop control of the dosing/feeding system. The Automatic Weighing System ( AWS ) is a highly accurate system used for very fine control on the dosage of the powder - it also controls the spreading of the powder on the substrate.

The AWS enables the user to set the desired weight and program the dosage rate to ensure the uniform deposition of the powder.

All the components of the system including step motor drives, I/Os, feedback from weighing balance, etc. are through the serial port of the PC, obviating the need for add-on cards inside the PC.

Software features provided include simple to use Windows based programs with GUI based front-ends whereby the user can set the movement profile of the spreading system ( eg. Closing box, closing circle, etc. ).
