On Job training Scheme
on Embedded Systems
Interface Embedded Systems limited have
introduced a unique on job training scheme with the following features,
to groom the prospective training
development engineers for embedded systems development.
Features of our training:

12 month total training duration
-
Very low cost, compared to doing classroom
training from institutes

Designation of Trainee development engineer
-
Work on projects from day 1 ( no classroom
training or kits or internal projects )

From the 7th month onwards, you are paid a stipend of Rs. 3,000.00
for 6 months - so you get 1 full year of training and experience

After the first one year, job opportunities
exist within our company and our customers
-
Training on all the aspects of embedded
programming including development, installation, configuration, customer
training, ....

Work on actual products rather than
training kits / simulators
What do you get ?

No class room training, this is solid
training

No internal projects, you may have to go to
customer sites within a month of joining since you will be working on actual customer projects where you gain
all-round experience

No bond will be signed

School / College certificates will not be
taken

What does it cost ?

The OJT program costs Rs. 36,000.00
-
Option to pay in 2 installments of Rs.
20,000.00 each, first immediately on joining the course, and the other after 3
months
Note that we are not running a
training institute - not everyone who applies for the OJT scheme qualifies
for the
course - to qualify for the
OJT program, you have to go through a stringent test and interview.
What does the test consist of
?

The test covers basic electronics, software
concepts, C programming, and many more basic but tricky questions. The
test is in 2 parts :
- Objective Tests : There
is 2 objective papers for 20 + 20 marks. Time duration for each is 10 minutes.
There is no negative marking.
- Detailed Test : This is
to be answered in 20 mins. More emphasis is given for lesser questions
answered correctly than for more questions attempted poorly.
What does the interview consist of
?

The interview is aimed at assessing
the candidate's depth of knowledge in his subject, and his communication
skills.
